Normally I hate fall but I love fair season. This pictures were taken at night on my Nikon d5300, the second picture was suggested by my friend who thought it looked “aesthetic” which I agree. I did something courageous this day and went to the fair almost an hour earlier than when I was supposed to meet my friends. I wanted to take pictures of all the rides and animals and the lights. People looked at me weird since I was alone with a camera and it made me very uncomfortable but as a photographer that is something you have to get used to. Of course people are going to look at you if you’re carrying a big ass camera, but who cares?
My challenge to you is to go out and take pictures by yourself. You don’t always need people with you, even if it’s for a few minutes in a crowded place. That’s how you get comfortable with yourself by being alone. It sucks but it makes me more confident in myself when I can do these things alone.
